These are carvings of our cocker spaniels - Charley (blonde) and Domino (black with white spots).The first one I carved was Domino...the carving really looks like him but because it's mostly black, and it does not show the detail of the carving (and my photography skills are minimal). The carving above (the blonde dog) resembles "Charley".

Domino's bust won a 1st Place ribbon and a Best In Group in Wichita, KS. Charley's bust won 1st Place and Best of Show (that's a big deal) here at our local Mountain Home, AR show and then a 1st Place ribbon and 2nd Best of Group in an International Competition - the "International Congress" - which is held in Bettendorf, Iowa.
